Wine, Dine & Donate Fundraiser to Benefit Children’s Tumor Foundation October 23

Members of the Children’s Tumor Foundation NF Endurance Team are selling tickets to a Wine, Dine & Donate Fundraiser event on Thursday, October 23 at Lakeside Beverages in Granite Bay to help raise money to end neurofibromatosis (also known as NF).
Tickets are being sold for $50 each with 100% of the event proceeds going to the Children’s Tumor Foundation, a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) org. The event includes exclusive wine tasting, courtesy of Lakeside Beverages, appetizers and pizza provided courtesy of Vaiano Trattoris and a silent auction. Special guest, Mark S. Allen, 100.5 FM and Good Day Sacramento star, host of Mark at the Movies and Emmy Award winner will be our host for the evening.

In addition to raising funds, these team members are also training to participate in the California International Marathon on December 7 in Sacramento. As part of the Children’s Foundation NF Endurance Team they receive personalized training plans, fundraising support and inspiration from children who have NF.
The Children’s Tumor Foundation is a non-profit 501(c) (3) medial foundation dedicated to improving the health and well being of individuals and families affected by neurofibromatosis (NF). They encourage and support research and development of treatments and cures for NF. Contributions are instrumental in advancing NF research, providing hope for the millions worldwide who live with NF, bringing us ever closer to our shared goal of ending NF forever.
