Fourth Annual Strokes4Hope October 10 at Lincoln Hills Golf Club

About four years ago, three fathers from Rocklin decided it would be a great idea to have a golf tournament to try and raise money for charity.

After having three successful golf tournaments, those same dads are having their 4th Annual Whitney Ranch Charitable Foundation Golf Tournament, Strokes4Hope, at Lincoln Hills Golf Club on October 10.

This tournament and charity raises funds to help find a cure for breast cancer, specifically triple negative breast cancer.

The majority of money raised goes to help Dr. Hope Rugo's research to find a cure for this terrible strain of breast cancer. The remaining funds are being donated to Sutter Roseville's cancer infusion room, to help those patients that are already fighting this disease.

The goal this year is to reach $50,000 in funds! Registration is now open and over 275 golfers are expected. For more information or to register, please visit strokes4hope.com.
