Grab your friends and join Marshall Medical Center for fun and fitness including a non-competitive 5k run/walk, health screenings and health talks by Marshall Medical Experts on August 2. 

Marshall Women's Health & Wellness Expo and 5k is from 8-11 a.m. at El Dorado Hills Town Center's Steven Young Amphitheater.

Run or walk the scenic creek trail loop and end at the Health Expo to participate in a number of health screenings. Listen to experts' advice on heart health, nutrition & exercise and women's health. Guys welcome too!
