Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Diamond Wood helps clients get their ideas online by offering branding, designing, developing and marketing. Web development is something I’ve always been interested in.

What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from the experience?

I was a busboy at a local restaurant. It taught me how to work hard.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I’m involved with many network events and workshops throughout the community, and I understand how to take a client’s idea and create their site.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We are dedicated. Every new project is an opportunity to be a part of something bigger than we are.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

My family is my biggest influence on who I am and what I do in life, but my father is my biggest influence for business.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

I spend time with my family.

What’s your biggest job perk?

Creating my own schedule.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Sushi House in Roseville—they have the best sushi lunch special in town.

If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?

Thomas Jefferson—to talk about political theory.
