Is your favorite pair of jeans a smidge too tight?

Worried about the impending swimsuit season? It isn’t just time to make your clothes fit again, but time to find your fitness, too.

The City of Roseville now offers COR Fitness memberships, which include access to the Mike Shellito Indoor Pool and Roseville Sports Center, as well as group fitness classes at the Maidu Community Center and Vernon Street Town Square. That’s four places to get your fitness on—all in Roseville!

COR Fitness programs at the indoor pool include yoga, group water fitness such as aqua jogging, and classes by the American Arthritis Association; what’s more, members also receive access to parent/tot playtime and lap swimming.

COR Fitness programs at the sports center include access to cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines, rock climbing, open gym, and group fitness classes that range from spin and yoga to team workouts. Personal trainers are also on staff to help you create and reach your fitness goals.

If that doesn’t get your heart pumping, don’t forget about the group fitness classes at the Maidu Community Center (total body conditioning, Zumba and Pilates) and the Vernon Street Town Square, which offers programs in the great outdoors during spring and summer (weather permitting). Be sure to check the website for the latest offerings and schedule.
