Happy Tails is a professional pet sitting company that specializes in boarding, in-home visits, overnights and live-in/extended stays, from Folsom to Placerville. Three years ago we established Happy Tails Petsitting; in November 2013 we purchased Waggy’s Pet Sitting.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

Our staff has gone through an intensive interview process to include background and reference checks. Our sitters were chosen based upon their attention to detail, professionalism, customer service and prior experience with animals. You won’t find  more loyal or compassionate pet sitters than ours.

What’s your biggest job perk?

The satisfaction of knowing that our clients’ pets are being well cared for in a safe, relaxed family environment.  The biggest perk would be having the opportunity to get to know so many wonderful pets and establish a lasting relationship with both the pets and their families.

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

We really enjoy getting out in the community and participating in local events. One of our favorites is Pooch Plunge and Laps at the Lake, an annual event that allows the community to bring their dogs to swim in the lagoon at Cameron Park Lake. Everyone has a great time!

And finally, customer service is?

Service that leaves the customer fully satisfied with their experience. A big characteristic of superior customer service is the willingness to go above and beyond to fulfill the customers’ needs or requests.
