Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

We are a family-owned pest-control business focused on tailoring each service to the specific desires of our customers. Each family has different requirements with their children and pets, and our service is designed to meet those needs. I would say I found our business; I’ve always enjoyed sales, marketing and customer service, and EcoGuard Pest Management allows us to do what we enjoy.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

We pride ourselves on having a personal relationship with each of our customers. All of our employees live here locally, and we strive to treat everyone like family. In addition, we are seeking to sponsor a local baseball team this spring, and held a charity car wash last month.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

I believe that as a local family-owned company we’re able to provide superior personalized experiences by focusing on each individual, their children and pets.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Being a father to my daughter, Hailey. She brings the biggest smile to my face every day!

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

My grandfather – he always kept me on track and pushed me hard to accomplish all of my goals.

 What’s your favorite childhood memory?

I played on an international baseball team when I was 16 years old that traveled to Beijing, China. We competed against several other countries and won the championship. I was awarded the tournament’s MVP, was the winning pitcher, and had a home run in the championship game against Taiwan.

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

I enjoy the Folsom Pro Rodeo every summer!

And finally, customer service is…?

Everything – it’s the reason we are in business. Without our customers’ satisfaction and their consistent referrals, we wouldn’t be around. We take pride in each and every one of our customers!
