Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

We are a real estate company for every income level, specializing in foreclosures and short sales. The real estate business found me when I refinanced my own home and felt my wife and I were taken advantage of.

What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from the experience?

My first job was cherry picking. I learned that it takes hard work to make a living.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I’m a volunteer basketball coach in the community; also, I get to know my customers on a personal level and build lasting relationships.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

I.C.A.R.E. is the best in the business because we truly care about our clients and their transactions.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

I’m proud of the opportunity to have served my country in the United States Air Force.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

I read the book Leadership by Rudolph Giuliani, and I follow a lot of his business management concepts.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

I play with my 10-year-old daughter – her smile makes all the tough stuff go away.

What’s your biggest job perk?

I enjoy being able to set my own schedule, as well I like meeting people from different cultures, backgrounds and walks of life.

What’s your hidden talent?

I’m a decent dancer.

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

My daughters’ sporting events and Kings games.

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

Expert Mortgage Solutions on Arden Way – they always have the mortgage loans my clients are looking for.

And finally, customer service is…?

Going the extra mile to ensure that your client is happy with their final result, and being there for them after the transaction.
