Describe your business.

Capital Region Financial Group, LLC serves the Sacramento region as a comprehensive wealth management and planning firm for select families and business owners. Over the last 30 years, the business has evolved. Originally I worked in consumer residential and commercial lending (rates were much higher at that time), then in insurance and investments. Now, the firm offers comprehensive wealth management services. Having experience in all areas of wealth planning allows CRFG to bring a more complete planning and investment strategy to clients.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

Giving back to the community is a priority. I’m involved in several chambers and serve on numerous non-profit boards, such as KVIE and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) of Sacramento. My wife contributes a lot of time and effort to our local Rotary group; in addition, we support many local organizations such as the Folsom Symphony, and enjoy attending local community events. We continually reach out to our clients through personal invitations and group gatherings throughout the year. CRFG supports local businesses in our immediate area whenever possible.

What’s your biggest job perk?

I get to work with people I enjoy, and I have the best group of clients.

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

Samuel Horne’s Tavern.

And finally, customer service is…?

Customer service is not what you do; rather, it’s who you are to others and is provided naturally as an approach to life. CRFG takes the time to listen and understand our clients and what goals and dreams they aspire to achieve. We work with our clients closely to develop their strategies and provide the tools that will facilitate what they need for their financial and wealth planning objectives. Our ongoing communication and point-of-service response is very important – when you call our office, you speak to a live person, no voicemail prompts. We want our clients to know they are cared for professionally as well as personally.

Do you know that our editorial is not paid for, nor can it be purchased? In fact, our Introducing and Dine reviews are not paid advertisements. If you’d like your business profiled, please email Wendy Sipple at [email protected]. Once we determine when your business will be featured, we will contact you to schedule a time to come out and take a photograph. Thank you!
