At age 17, I had 50-percent ownership in two gas stations. I learned you must be dependable and honest.

Specialized Pest Patrol is very involved with the property management community; also, we have monthly lunches followed by informational and update meetings.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We are a very dependable team with long-term employees, and communicating with our customers is our number one goal.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

My wife and kids: Jan, Robert, Jacob and Jordan.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

To “work,” every time.

What’s your biggest job perk?

The most satisfying perk is success.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Visconti’s Ristorante, Serrano Country Club and The Purple Place.

Where do you and your family go locally to have fun?

Bike riding, and to all sports that the boys are involved in.

If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?

My dad – he passed away when I was five years old.

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

The Purple Place, a very well-managed outfit.

And finally, customer service is…?

Everything – without it you won’t have a business.
