Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

“Dolce” is a musical term instructing the performer to execute the music softly and sweetly. Our belief at Dolce Floral is that our flowers should be created with the same ideals – to orchestrate elegant, sweet and stylish designs for every arrangement. Dolce was actively involved in the wedding floral industry for several years; in 2011, we opened a retail boutique in order to better serve not only the customers but also the community, by introducing the freshest floral trends and the finest floral designs. Dolce Floral prides itself as being a premier flower shop specializing in wedding and corporate clients.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We are all very friendly and customer oriented, and we work together to satisfy every customer’s needs. We praise each other when a job is well done, and encourage each other to keep going when days are busy and stressful.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

My family and children; in addition, some of my personal accomplishments, including: winning the “Bride’s Choice Awards” for 2011 through WeddingWire, making it to the “California Top 10 Designer Awards” for CSFA (California State Floral Association) in 2009, and last but certainly not least, becoming a proud inductee of AIFD (American Institute of Floral Designers).

What’s your biggest job perk?

Being surrounded by fresh, beautiful flowers every day and a naturally beautifully scented work place!

And finally, customer service is…?

Making sure each customer is happy and satisfied enough to become a repeat customer! Here at Dolce Floral, we understand how important any occasion is. When you buy flowers or plants from us, we make sure you have trust and confidence in us; we make sure we go above and beyond the average flower shop to ensure your occasion will be just as special as it should be!

Do you know that our editorial is not paid for, nor can it be purchased? In fact, our Introducing and Dine reviews are not paid advertisements. If you’d like your business profiled, please email Wendy Sipple at [email protected]. Once we determine when your business will be featured, we will contact you to schedule a time to come out and take a photograph. Thank you!
