Describe your business.

We provide home, auto, business, health and life insurance products, along with financial services. Our office provides necessary insurance products and services to both families and business owners through an approach based on building trust, prior to asking for the business. We feel you really need to know and trust your insurance agency before you place the second largest household/business expense with us. Through trust and value we have experienced higher growth year after year. You can tell when someone has a sincere interest in you, your family and your business. More often than not we are just extending our network of friends every time we add a new client to our agency.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Papa Gianni’s Ristorante.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I actively participate in the Placerville Rotary Club. We conduct multiple fundraisers and community service projects throughout the year. I also assist with my son’s Cub Scout program. I think young leaders are born into scouting. Its common theme is “service above self” – just like the Rotary Club. Every day we conduct business aimed at taking care of our clients, even when there is no financial gain for us. We have operated that way since we started and will never put ourselves before service.

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

Lobster on the River in Coloma.

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

MORE (Mother Lode Rehabilitation Enterprises).

And finally, customer service is…?

Helping clients without seeking financial gain; but rather, looking at everything from their side of the situation and making sure you are giving them more than you, yourself, would expect from any similar transaction. Also, making everyone feel that they are an important element to making your business succeed, because in the end, you really do rely on your clients and their opinions to make your business thrive.

Do you know that our editorial is not paid for, nor can it be purchased? In fact, our Introducing and Dine reviews are not paid advertisements. If you’d like your business profiled, please email Wendy Sipple at [email protected]. Once we determine when your business will be featured, we will contact you to schedule a time to come out and take a photograph. Thank you!
