Health in Harmony is a day retreat – nestled in the lush forest of Amador County in Volcano – generating peace, harmony, good health and well-being. Our renewing and revitalizing retreat services include T’ai Chi Qigong, facial masks, essential oil foot soak followed by a reflexology foot massage, steam bath, full body therapeutic massage, organic healthy snacks, and a relaxation and stress release session. As a behavioral therapist, life coach and clinical hypnotherapist, I offer many healing programs, including: panic attack and anxiety relief; beyond smoking; natural weight loss; overcoming depression, insomnia, allergies, chronic pain and addictions; self-empowerment; inspiration and much more.
