Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

I am an associate doctor at Simms Chiropractic. Dr. Ron Simms and I work as a team to provide optimum health and function to our patients, through gentle and specific chiropractic adjustments. We are passionate about educating our community to pursue a preventative and proactive approach to their health and wellness. The most common “symptoms” we see as a result of spinal and nervous system problems are headaches, low back pain, asthma, allergies, digestive issues, painful menstrual cycles, etc. We remind our community that health comes from inside your body, not from a bottle or pills. Our mission is to detect and remove interference from our patient’s nervous system; therefore allowing the optimal expression of health without the use of drugs and surgery.

We found each other! “Things happen for a reason!”

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

As a new member of the community, I am always looking for ways to get involved. Dr. Simms and I are active in partnering with local companies and businesses in health education. We often provide complimentary workshops to all types of businesses and frequently host our patients and their guests for an educational dinner. On a personal level, I have recently been participating at Lakeside Church in Folsom.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

Lisa, Chris, Nicole, Marylene and Kate all have unique skills and personalities. It is amazing to work in a place where you are family! There is an extremely high level of care and concern for each other as well as the team. Such a degree of efficiency, love and concern translates over to all of our patients.

If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?

Lucille Ball! Who wouldn’t want to meet her? These days, we need to laugh a little more.

And finally, customer service is…?

Going above and beyond the expectations of those you serve. To truly serve someone, is to recognize and meet the unique and individual needs of every person.

Do you know that our editorial is not paid for, nor can it be purchased? In fact, our Introducing and Dine reviews are not paid advertisements. If you’d like your business profiled, please email Wendy Sipple at [email protected]. Once we determine when your business will be featured, we will contact you to schedule a time to come out and take a photograph. Thank you!
