Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Our business is unique in that we have a full personal training gym in the back and a supplementation store in the front.

We feel the business found us. We were in a transitional period in our lives and the opportunity came to us.

What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from the experience?

Aaron was in the Navy. It taught him discipline and structure.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

We are part of our local chamber of commerce and we sponsor local events.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

Because of their growing knowledge in the industry and their willingness to learn.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Our two boys and owning our own business.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

We both come from mothers who owned their own businesses.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

To the gym, of course.

What’s your biggest job perk?

Free gym membership and discounted supplementation.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Jack’s Urban Eats.

What’s your favorite childhood memory?

Camping and hiking.

If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?

Ronald Reagan – he was a brilliant leader and businessman.

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

Costco.

If you could be any other profession what would it be?

Aaron, a police officer; Amy, a teacher.

The most important part of owning a business is building relationships within the community.
