Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Our practice’s top priority is to provide the highest quality orthodontic care in an affordable, friendly and comfortable environment. Everyone in our office is compassionate and highly trained. We also offer state-of-the-art technology in orthodontics and Invisalign.

Dr. Kalika: Orthodontics seemed natural for me. I’ve always been interested in science and medicine, and I like being able to see both kids and adults improve their self-esteem over the process of treatment. It’s been amazing to see the excitement on faces when they get transformed with a new smile. I also like being able to have a vent for being in a high technology field!

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

Dr. Wisdom: I’ve been practicing in the Roseville community for 24 years and it has flown by! Our practice values contributing to local schools and being involved in the community any way we can. We also participate in “Smiles for Kids” every year, a program that allows us to donate our specialized services to those in need. As a new office, we are open to being involved with the community in as many ways as possible!

Why is your staff the best in the business?

Our staff is the best because they are family oriented and take the time to remember patients and relate to them on a personal level. They bring a wide range of diversity to the office as well. With several different backgrounds, we can relate to a wider diversity of people. I also take pride in their eagerness to learn any updates in technology in order to keep the practice state of the art.

What’s your hidden talent?

Dr. Kalika: I’m a chess master. It’s one of my favorite games.

Dr. Wisdom: I play the handbells. I’m in a handbell choir and really enjoy music.

And finally, customer service is…?

Easily put, catering to our patients in any way we can and doing our best to find a way to say yes!
