Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

We are a promotional products and apparel business. Our customers utilize us for business and personal needs. This business found me while I was a stay-at-home mom.

What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from the experience?

Talbots. I learned the importance of making a good impression and talking with customers to find out exactly what they are looking for.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

We support our customers at events and make donations to fundraisers whenever possible. Our company is active in youth sports and we help local children’s charities. Community is very important to us.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We listen to our customers and don’t push ourselves on them. We learn about their business and their goals to see how we can help them to achieve these.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

My family and our 5-year-old adopted son!

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

I get creative and look for ways of doing business differently.

What’s your biggest job perk?

I love to shop and I get to do it every day!

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

Where do you and your family go locally to have fun?

Local parks and Arena Softball.

What’s your favorite childhood memory?

In the garage untangling Christmas lights with my sisters, listening to the radio and laughing. Our dad is so Chevy Chase from Christmas Vacation.
