We Tried It...Seneca Crisp Onions

I’m a texture girl — a solid crisp, crunchy bite can be the difference between a mediocre meal and a scrumptious one.

Whether adding chips to my sandwiches, croutons to salads, or breadcrumbs atop casseroles — I love a good pop in my mouth. Recently, I purchased a bag of Seneca Farms new Crisp Onions. Upon opening the bag reminiscent of potato chips, I discovered tiny pieces of pure deliciousness! They brought me back to the French-fried onions my grandma used to sprinkle on her green bean casseroles. However, these new and improved Crisp Onions are much more simple and straightforward: Onions, Canola, Sunflower and/or Safflower Oil, Maltodextrin, Sea Salt. Nothing more. Nothing less. In addition to being addicting by them selves, they also tasted great in burgers and sprinkled on soups and casseroles; providing not only a mouthful of flavor, but also that solid crunch I love so much!

Find Seneca Crisp Onions at your local Raley’s, SaveMart, Nob Hill and Bel Air stores. For more information, visit senecasnacks.com.
