Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

I created FUEL, a more natural energy beverage. A “better-for-you-energy with no crash.”

What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from the experience?

I was a busboy for a local restaurant. I learned that having responsibilities was going to be hard.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

Raising three young men in our community allows us to participate in their school and sporting events. We donate FUEL to our local events and promote brain awareness.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

They are friendly and very outgoing.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

My family, and creating FUEL.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

My dad, stepfather and Harry Murray. They all have amazingly strong work ethics.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

My wife.

What’s your hidden talent?

I have a very big and generous heart!

What’s your biggest job perk?

Making my own hours.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Mikuni Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar.

Where do you and your family go locally to have fun?

The lake.

What’s your favorite childhood memory?

Jumping many garbage cans on my bike.

If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?

Richard Branson. I love his entrepreneurial style.
