Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Third generation masonry – it found me.

What was your first job, and what did you learn from the experience?

I started in masonry as a laborer and hod carrier for my father. I learned the meaning of hard work and responsibility.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I am a member of the local Golden State Builders Exchange, where I network with as many local business owners as possible to incur the complete satisfaction of my customers.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We all share the same core values for customer satisfaction: hard work, integrity and honesty.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Retiring from the army as a combat veteran; and the birth of my 14-month-old son, Braden.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

My father, Ernest, and brother, Guy. They have been my mentors in learning the meaning of hard work and learning the masonry trade.

What’s your hidden talent?

Not giving up.

What’s your biggest job perk?

Customer courtesy and satisfaction.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

P.F. Chang’s.

If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?

Ted Turner – because he was successful and had a knack for always bouncing back.

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

Folsom Live.

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

Rescue Concrete.

The number one priority.
