Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

I found Chiara Bella. As a licensed esthetician, I wanted somewhere that people could go for a one-stop shop. I have created a place where the staff and I can educate people and make them feel beautiful at any hour of the day.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I am involved in the community through local networking groups like Ignite, AFWPI, and SWOP. I also feel like I am rejuvenating the local business economy for my customers, by offering them results-driven treatments at affordable prices.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

My staff is the best in the business because after their initial training, they continue to take advanced classes and learn new techniques. They are always thriving to better themselves and take pride in educating their clients. We are all passionate and it shows.

Who is your role model in business or in life and why?

I have so many wonderful role models, but I would have to say my old boss, Katherine Stuart. She taught me so much about business, networking, responsibility and truly having it all.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

I go back home to my parent’s home in Oroville. It is so peaceful and I get to feel young again!

If you could meet someone dead or alive who would it be and why?

I would love to meet Jane Wurwand, the creator and founder of Dermalogica and the International Dermal Institute. She set the standard for skin care and created the first professional skin care brand. I would love to pick her brain!

What is your favorite local event that you go to?

During the summer I love going to the Roseville Tuesday Night Market – great vendors, great food and great drinks!

Customer Service is...

Knowing that the customer is usually always right; and listening to their needs, wants and ideal results to make sure they leave satisfied!
