Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

PuroClean specializes in water damage mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation for residential and commercial properties. We provide 24-hour emergency service, specializing in insurance claims. We found PuroClean after researching businesses for over a year that were both fulfilling and profitable.

What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from the experience?

RC: My first job was in the construction trade, so I was able to bring those skills to our restoration business. I then joined the United States Air Force, which taught me higher levels of discipline, attention to detail, and the USAF core values: integrity, service before self, and excellence in all you do.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

We are active members of several chambers of commerce including: the El Dorado County Chamber, Cameron Park/Shingle Springs Chamber, El Dorado Hills Chamber, and Folsom Chamber. We annually raise funds for the March of Dimes and participate in the “March for Babies” in memory of our daughters.

Our staff members are carefully selected from qualified candidates based on excellent customer service, compassion for customers who are dealing with emotional or even traumatizing circumstances, and a strong work ethic. Our team is committed to going above and beyond all expectations to satisfy customers and bring damaged properties back to pre-loss condition.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

We love Kobe Sushi & Grill in Cameron Park! We also enjoy Bistro 33 in El Dorado Hills and Heyday Café in Downtown Placerville.
