Why is your staff the best in the business?

Skinovative Laser Center is a medical facility that uses non-surgical treatments such as lasers, intense pulsed light, radio frequency thermotherapy, Botox and dermal fillers to improve the appearance of both face and body. We treat the effects of aging and sun damage such as brown spots, red spots, fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin. We also treat rosacea, melasma, acne, acne scarring, cellulite, and now offer tattoo removal.

My wife is a R.N. who had worked for a medspa for five years. She got me interested in aesthetic medicine and we had talked about having our own facility. When the business she worked for closed, the opportunity to start a laser center with her and three other experienced practitioners seemed too good to pass up. So I guess I found it.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

We sponsor local events such as the Folsom Turkey Trot, and the American Cancer Society Harvest of Hope fundraiser.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We have three registered nurses (one of whom is a laser trainer to physicians and their staff) and one nurse practitioner, who have over 25 years of cumulative experience in the field of aesthetic medicine. In addition, all staff considers themselves “skin care junkies” who love what they do and truly want their patients to look their best.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Wasabi. It’s my son’s favorite restaurant.

What’s your favorite childhood memory?

I saw the Milwaukee Bucks snap the Los Angeles Lakers 33-game winning streak when I was 12. My head only came to the waistband of Kareem Abdul Jabbar’s basketball shorts when he walked by me. That was amazing.

And finally, customer service is…?

Essential to a successful business, especially with the present economy.
