Why is your staff the best in the business?

Because they are great sales people and have so much to offer!

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

My marriage to my best friend, Jason. He’s a great support in my business and my confidant. Second to that is achieving my current business title, Executive Unit Leader. It was a huge accomplishment.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

I have several...in no particular order:
The founder of our Nova group within Avon, Vondell McKenzie. She has set the standard very high and I always strive to be great because of her expectations. Next is Leticia Fallis, a colleague and friend who I’ve known for almost the entire duration of my business. We bounce ideas off each other and work well together. One of the members of my “upline,” Rebecca Dorsey, is always a positive motivating force and I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have her in my corner. Bill Coleman has been a rock in my business as a mentor and colleague in the realm of sales...he’s very experienced and always has great ideas to share. My husband, Jason, for his loyal and unwavering support...he’s always willing to listen to my ideas and help me make decisions. Last but not least, my business coach, Caterina Rando, has been a driving force in helping me acknowledge my successes and is always there to celebrate every win and strategize against every obstacle. I’m grateful for this “team” of mentors, colleagues and support – without them, I don’t think I’d be where I am today.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Chicago Fire Pizza.

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

Folsom’s Thursday Night Market on Sutter Street.

And finally, customer service is…?

Having integrity – doing what you say and saying what you do. I also believe in going above and beyond what a customer expects.
