Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Actually, we attracted each other. My desire to create a business offering health and wellbeing with the opportunity for freedom, flexibility and residual income is what brought me to Zrii.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

Both my husband and I are involved with supporting the Center for Violence-Free Relationships in El Dorado County.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

With the support of my family and friends and through hard work and perseverance, I have achieved every goal I have ever set for myself.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

Exercise, yoga and meditation keep me balanced and relieve my stress…and cooking helps me too!

What’s your hidden talent?

Cooking. I love to experience foods from difference cultures.

What’s your biggest job perk?

Flexibility, which allows me to spend time with family and friends and to meet new people.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Café Campanile and Bistro 33.

Where do you and your family go locally to have fun?

All of our grown children and grandchildren live in the area and we spend many weekends and weekdays at Folsom Lake in the summer.

What’s your favorite childhood memory?

Camping with my family. I am originally from the Midwest and our summers were spent camping throughout the North, South, and Southeast.

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

The Thursday Night Concerts at Town Center in the summer. It’s a great place to catch up with friends in the community and have a great glass of wine. The farmer’s market is also wonderful.

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

When we moved to El Dorado Hills, 18 years ago, there weren’t many businesses here. Since I have seen the community grow, I love to explore all the new businesses in the area... and I love them all.

And finally, customer service is…?

What brought me to the health and wellness industry was the service to others. I believe it’s all about people and their great experience.
