Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

We offer a one-of-a-kind, extremely unique service, which specializes in catering small intimate parties, tasting menu dinners, wine pairing dinners, corporate parties, weddings and more. And, we offer our services to people in the comfort of their homes. We will bring the restaurant to their kitchen and create an amazing and energetic environment for their guests to partake in – part learning and demonstration; part savoring delicious food. Our food is artistic, modern, intelligent, beautiful, delicious, tantalizing, humorous, and extremely refined. We also offer monthly cooking classes, so join our email list for the invites.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

First and foremost, they are people with who I trust my life’s work. Reliable, skilled and trained doesn’t say enough about their integrity as people. I wouldn’t trade them for any other chefs in the world! They are just as passionate about striving for creativity and brilliance in food as I am.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

My mother. She is strong as nails, a successful businesswoman, and such an amazing role model. She definitely gave me my foundation to be successful and creative, and showed me how to balance work and play.

What’s your biggest job perk?

I get to live my passion and do what I truly love. Cooking for people always makes me happy. It is very rewarding!

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Boudin Bakery, for their amazingly simple, but delicious Rib Eye Sandwich; Paul Martin’s Bistro, a truly amazing burger. Le Bilig in Auburn is our favorite place to recall our travels of France – the mussels are truly to die for!

What’s your favorite local business other than your own?

Sierra Express Equipment in Lincoln – they get me all the cooking supplies I need at a great price, from All Clad to Shun Knives.

And finally, customer service is…?

Pleasing the customer at any expense. We strive to meet the needs of every client!
