We Tried It...Rembrandt Whitening Strips

Sep 29, 2009 10:56AM ● By Wendy Sipple

I'm very particular about my teeth...

...and I wanted to make sure that my whites were bright for a wedding I attended recently, so I tried Renbrandt's Whitening Strips. While you won't get dentist-administered whitening results with over-the-counter products, whitening strips can be a thrifty short-term alternative. The kit includes seven upper and seven lower strips for use once a day. Any time I plan to whiten my teeth, I prepare by brushing with a sensitive teeth toothpaste every day one week prior to beginning my whitening, since my teeth tend to get very sensitive when using whitening strips. The Rembrandt Whitening Strips are much more substantial than strips I've tried in the past. The packaging is thicker and the strips themselves bonded to my teeth more like a mouth guard. I did not have to worry about slippage as the strips stayed precisely where they were placed. I noticed a significant difference after three uses, and the final result after one week, was phenomenal - a bright white smile - that perfectly complemented my skin tone without being too stark of a contrast. Having to repeatedly smile for numerous family and group photos, I gladly flashed my pearly whites at the wedding and have many photos that prove that Rembrandt's Whitening Strips worked wonderfully!
