Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

We are a full-service auto repair facility, specializing in both foreign and domestic vehicles. As an alternative to the dealer, we can perform almost any service. We also sell wheels and tires, and do alignments.

What was your vision when you first started your business, and what is it now?

It is still our mission to provide quality car care at an affordable price. That will never change. We measure our success by the quantity of happy customers. We want you to feel like family.

What is the best part of doing business in this community?

Living in this community means living near my friends. My friends are my customers and they refer their friends, so I am always developing new relationships. It makes business enjoyable when being surrounded by your friends.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

Since I live here, I play here. Our favorite restaurants are in town, and my wife does a wonderful job stimulating the local economy with her shopping. My personal favorite community contribution is supporting the Girl Scouts through my cookie consumption!

Why is your staff the best in the business?

We have a friendly, easy-to-talk-to staff who will never over sell you repairs.

What is the best thing about being the boss?

I am not the boss…so my wife tells me! She is the enforcer. Recently though, I have started coming in a half-hour later and leaving a half-hour early. This is a big step for me as I have a hard time separating myself from my work.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Buying my first house felt like a huge accomplishment at the time, but my life is defined more by the relationships I have with my family and friends.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

I strive to be a lot like my dad. He was a little rough but I have so many great childhood memories of him. He was always doing things with my siblings and me, and I hope I can give my son just as many wonderful experiences.

And finally, customer service is…?

How we define our value. It is a privilege to serve you. It means trusting us with your wallet, your time, and ultimately, your family’s safety on the road! Our honesty and integrity will make you feel confident about these things. We want you to love us.
