Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Prime Time is a boxing gym that offers small group, high quality boxing training for men, women and children. I had been training at Prime Time Boxing Sacramento and the opportunity to franchise came up!

What was your vision when you first started your business, and what is it now?

To become a part of a first-class operation (Prime Time Boxing) while filling a need for quality boxing training in Folsom.

What was your first job, and what did you learn from the experience?

I worked in construction for my father as a laborer. I learned how hard it could be working for one’s father.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I live in El Dorado Hills and am a member of the El Dorado County Posse, Holy Trinity Parish, and I regularly donate to BOYA, El Dorado Hills Fire Department and other community groups.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

Because the founders of Prime Time Boxing have a keen eye for talent.

What is the best thing about being the boss?

Only working half-days (12 hours).

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Raising 11 children to be healthy, happy and well adjusted.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

Home!

And finally, customer service is…?

Taking care of the customer and exceeding expectations, otherwise someone else will.
