Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Our business focuses on providing quality dental care to children, in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. We build strong lasting relationships with all children who walk into our office.

What was your vision when you first started your business, and what is it now?

My primary aim is to break the fear barrier that children often have when it comes to dentistry. My vision stems from the combination of my love for children and my passion to do quality dentistry.

What is the best part of doing business in this community?

I have always wanted to be a part of this Roseville community that I love.

What was your first job, and what did you learn from the experience?

I was an instructor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Pune, India. It was a very satisfying and rewarding experience, and was very exciting to teach.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I love to be actively involved with the community by organizing dental awareness programs in various schools.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

I am proud of my team. They share the same vision as I do. We all strive to make the little ones smile and make their dental experience a really enjoyable one.

What is the best thing about being the boss?

It is a big responsibility. I feel it is an ongoing process to continue to work towards achieving success and a deep sense of satisfaction from within.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Being a mother of two lovely daughters; fulfilling my ambition of becoming a dentist; and last but not the least, working towards striking the right balance between profession and family.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

My mom – she has been my constant source of inspiration and encouragement.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

My husband – he is my support system, my friend and my guide.

And finally, customer service is…?

Seeing that smile on a little child’s face and the warm hug they give me after their appointment.
