Kathryn Franklin from Roseville, CA is a finalist in the national Sally Hansen and Glamour magazine "Best of You" competition. It focuses on recognizing volunteer work and Franklin was nominated for her volunteer work with Project Birthday. Franklin is proud to be the only finalist west of the Mississippi! She attended Eich Junior High School and Oakmont High School. As a Girl Scout Franklin learned the value of volunteering. She continued my education at Scripps College in Claremont, CA and recently graduated from McGeorge School of Law.
