There are a myriad of ways to describe one’s mood – state of mind, outlook, attitude – and even more intangibles that affect it, such as work, family and relationships, or perhaps a chemical imbalance in the brain. Regardless, no one is immune to shifts in mood, whether they are slight or wildly fluctuating, especially since society-at-large seems more vulnerable to external stresses and internal pressures than ever before. Thankfully, there are simple mood enhancers that can help brighten most mental states.
