Cowboy Salsa

Ingredients: 2 avocados, cubed
1 tomato, diced
1 11-ounce can shoe peg corn, drained
1 15-ounce can black-eyed peas, rinsed
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4P cup red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 tsp. cumin
Splash of lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation - Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and start dipping.
