Services or products you offer: Relove is a consignment boutique offering high-quality, gently used women’s clothing and handbags at wallet-friendly prices.

What you enjoy most about your profession: I love helping women find outfits or accessories—for whatever the occasion may be—that make them feel beautiful. I also love fashion and giving style advice!

Fun fact about your company: Relove Consignment was originally called ReLoveIt Consignments and has been in the same location for over 11 years. The previous owner’s name was also Rachel, so the transition has been an easy one for our consignors.

Customer service is: Essential. I want customers to be happy and satisfied, but I won’t jeopardize the integrity of my team either. Sometimes more education is required for our consignors to help them understand our process; when and/or if we make an error, I always take responsibility and look for a resolution that works for both parties.

You started your business, because: I was already doing some resale and love clothes! Having a brick and mortar seemed appealing, but the timing never felt right. When the opportunity came up, and I saw the amazing community of women already present, it felt like fate.

First job: Cleaning houses when I was nine years old. My family didn’t have much money to put toward clothing, so I decided I would earn my own money to pay for what I wanted. Clothing has always been important to me and was even worth cleaning my older cousin’s college frat house. So gross!

Favorite local restaurant: Mas Taco Bar.

Last big purchase: Solar panels for my house.

Favorite small business: My cousin's company: Foraged Soap Co.!

When not working, you can be found: Traveling with my family, cooking, dancing, or planning my next adventure.
