We’re growing!  Becker Nelson Center & James (BNCJ) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Jessica James and the expansion of our offices into El Dorado Hills.   Jessica brings over a decade of global law firm experience, counseling and litigating for Fortune 500 companies on a broad range of employment issues, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and other wage and hour claims. She regularly advises clients on the full scope of the employment relationship—from hiring to firing and everything in between—including pay equity, background checks, performance management, HR policies and procedures, and other compliance with state and federal regulations. 

Jessica's employment practice adds to BNCJ's strong core of female partners, complements the firm's robust business and civil litigation practice (led by attorneys Kevin James, Crystal Center, and Dave Becker), and ensures local business owners are provided comprehensive and high-quality legal representation.
