Services or products you offer: We specialize in people, leadership, and organizational development through the delivery of consulting, coaching, and training services.

What you enjoy most about your profession: We get to help people enjoy their jobs more. It doesn't get better than that!

Fun fact about your company: Our team met working at UC Davis.

Customer service is: Building relationships. I want to know our clients—the name of their dog, if they have kids, and what they like to do in their free time.

Most memorable experience as an entrepreneur: The first time we got to fly to deliver a session for a client. I had this moment of “OMG, someone is paying us to get on a plane and fly to them to deliver this!” It felt like the ultimate vote of confidence.

First job: A cashier at our family business: American River Ace Hardware.

Favorite food: My mom’s broccoli casserole

Favorite local restaurant: Jack’s Urban Eats, Asian Blossom, Bennett's, Ruen Thai…I could never choose just one!

Last big purchase: A kitten! Her size isn't big, but her personality is huge.

When not working, you can be found: Cheering on my sons—all three of them play lacrosse.

You love living here, because: The trees, the people, the weather, the food, the ability drive for a few hours and reach a number of famous destinations.
