Customer service is: Ensuring clients are happy and satisfied. The relationship I build with them is essential—and hopefully lifelong.

Most memorable experience as an entrepreneur: I love witnessing clients' reactions to a job I've done; it never gets old seeing people happy and excited about their new space.
