“Waterfall Buffet at Red Hawk Casino not only has an array of food from around the world (plus salads and desserts), but beautiful views to boot. Plus, the price is reasonable, and the staff is friendly. Just remember to wear your stretchy pants!”

“For a speedy pre-movie feast I head to Dignity Dragon Restaurant for their Mongolian BBQ buffet. You’ll never tire of the endless combinations you can create, stuffing your bowl full of different meats, fresh veggies and a plethora of sauces while watching it sizzle on the large wok before your hungry eyes. The dinner buffet is all-you-can-eat, but I can never seem to finish more than one bowl.” 530-622-4293

Amerikan Ichi is truly something. All of the offerings are made fresh to order, and the quality is on par with other conventional sushi joints. It’s the only time I truly get ‘full’ off of sushi.”

“The veggie-lover in me is a big fan of the all-you-can-eat soup and salad bar option at Buttercup Pantry Restaurant. For about $9, you can stuff your face with over 15 different offerings, plus soup (flavors change daily, but one vegetarian choice is always available).” 530-621-1320

“If you’re looking to fill your belly to the brim, the lunch buffet at Pizza Factory in Placerville is the perfect pick. With pies aplenty, plus potato wedges, breadsticks, soup and a salad bar, I find myself wanting to dine here every day of the week.”
