In no particular order...

“Served with house-made chimichurri, the Dry Rubbed Ancho Crusted Rib Eye at The Independent is always tender—and a table favorite. Served with seasonal veggies and your choice of side (I recommend the Salt Baked Potato), the flavors blend together perfectly.

“When I get a craving for comfort food, I have to get the Beef Stroganoff at Euro Bistro. The sauce is hearty and flavorful, the slow-cooked meat perfectly tender, and accompanying dumplings doughy and delicious.”

“The 50-1-50 Sliders at Sienna Restaurant will leave you drooling for more after the first bite. Kobe beef is topped with smoked bacon, cheese and dressing. It melts in your mouth until the very last bite.”

“For a tasty sub, the Steak Sandwich (a lunch special) at Poor Red’s Bar-B-Q is my go-to choice. A French roll is toasted, buttered and stuffed to the gills with delicious smoky-barbecued steak, crispy onions and mayo. Talk about a palate pleaser!”

“Never have I ever had a bowl of greens as tasty as the Beef Tenderloin Salad at Smith Flat House Cellar and Grill. Chilled baby field greens are topped with house-made pickled vegetables, Humboldt fog cheese, toasted almonds and—the star of the plate—grilled beef tenderloin medallions. It’s fresh, filling and memorable.”
