On my last visit, I ordered the Enchiladas Rojas with pollo desebrado (shredded chicken) topped with zesty red enchilada sauce and melty cheese. Alongside, I also indulged in rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and a slice of tomato—resulting in a filling, well-balanced and flavorful plate. If enchiladas don’t satisfy your stomach, the locale offers a variety of both classic and breakfast burritos (all stuffed to the max), tacos, tostadas, taco salads, quesadillas, nachos, soup and more.
