Mac N Cheese at Paul Martin’s American Grill

In no particular order...

“The Mac n Cheese at Paul Martin’s American Grill is one NOT to be missed. I get it every time I’m there and always alert my meal companions that I’m going to be totally selfish and not share a single bite. Yeah, it’s that good. It’s a meal in and of itself!”

“I seriously have dreams about the Gnocchi al Pesto Genovese (pesto gnocchi) from Vaiano Trattoria. Light, pillowy potato-based dumplings are bathed in a creamy pesto sauce that hits all the right flavor notes.”

“The Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter at Old Spaghetti Factory is simply pasta, cheese and butter, but oh what flavor! It’s absolutely delicious!”

“The wide rice noodles in the Bistro Chow Fun at Fat’s Asia Bistro are mixed with chicken, onions, bean sprouts, and a flavorful sauce that’s savory and indulgent without being too heavy or sweet.”

“The Baked Meat Lasagna from Dominick’s NY Pizza & Deli is the closest thing you’ll find to homemade Italian lasagna—words fail. Bellissima!”
