“Let me count the ways I love the Minestrone at Visconti’s—it’s light, not chunky, and filling; flavorful, so much so that I can pretty much taste each ingredient and call them out; and don’t ask me why, but I feel better after eating it, like I’ve done something good, which I guess I have, because I just ate one of my favorite soups ever!”

“The Chicken Tortilla at Mexquite is the bomb. Add in a little extra sour cream to make it slightly creamy and it’s a meal all on its own.”

“I love the Broccoli Cheddar at Panera Bread. It’s always piping hot, packed with fresh broccoli, thick and delicious; it warms you up and fills your belly to the brim.”

“Each spoonful of the Wor Won Ton at Lotus 8 reveals a new ingredient and delicious flavor. It’s a perfect cold-weather bowl of comfort.”

“The French Onion at Café C in the El Dorado Hills Town Center is filled with deliciously crunchy croutons and gruyere cheese. It’s a meal in itself and oh-so tasty.” 916-934-0734
