Free Caregiver Support Group Gathering in July

“My Time” is a free support group for those who care for a relative or friend with a chronic health condition such as Alzheimer’s disease.
Group members share information, coping strategies, and options in a supportive and confidential setting. The “My Time” group will meet the second Friday of July and is facilitated by Ruth Michelson, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
The next group meeting is Friday, July 10, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Placerville Senior Center, 937 Spring Street, Placerville.
