Have fun learning about local history and native culture by joining our team of docent volunteers. After training, volunteers lead tours through the Maidu Museum & Historic Site.

Next docent guide training begins July 7 and runs through August 13. Trainees meet Tuesdays and Thursdays for 6 weeks from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

If you like working behind the scenes, we have other volunteer opportunities such as: landscape crew, gift shop/front desk associate and special events assistant.
