Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines! Since 1955, the Placer County Fairgrounds have been home to the All American Speedway, known for its bomber races. Through the years, the former NASCAR-sponsored track has grown to include modified and late-stock events, WSRA Mini Cups, WSRA Baby Grands, and the Legends of the Pacific, bringing some of Northern California’s best racers to Roseville. Opening night is April 11, and with an uncertain future, this might be the last season to enjoy the ride.

Relax following a long day of work or play at Wine Down Wednesday, a weekly partnership between the Roseville Chamber of Commerce and local vintners. The celebration begins April 22 and continues through May 27 in the Vernon Street Town Square. In honor of Earth Day, Roseville Transit will offer free bus rides to the festival, while complimentary bike parking will be available for those who arrive on two wheels. The event runs on the support of volunteers, so community members and Earth lovers alike are encouraged to donate their time to making this year’s festival a success.
