you have a neurological diagnosis? Fit & Well PILATES in El Dorado Hills wants to
help you fight back!
Group classes like never before are led by certified pilates instructors, one a registered nurse and the other a physical therapist.
Clients will have a college student assistant so they are able to participate in reformer training that would previously have required expensive private sessions.
The program is inspired by work being done by Fit & Well at the MS Achievement Center, a program of the Dignity Health Neurological Institute.
