Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

The core of our business is outpatient physical therapy services for orthopedic and neurological disorders or injuries. We also have post-rehabilitative fitness programs, peak sports performance programs, personal training, senior fitness and balance programs, group classes and gym programs.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I have been involved serving my customers and the health care needs of my community for over 22 years.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

My staff truly cares about our patients and getting them better. They’re constantly researching and educating themselves so they can serve their patients and achieve optimal results in the shortest period of time.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Staffing this business and guiding its development into what it has become today; also, being able to build this state-of-the-art facility.

What’s your hidden talent?

Encouraging people to do the things that will improve their situation.

What’s your biggest job perk?

Getting to help and meet a variety of people in the community – interacting and sharing stories and the lives of people around me.

Where do you and your family go locally to have fun?

If we aren’t skiing, we like to do things with friends indoors like go to the movies or race go-karts at Race Place Motorsports (RPM). During the summer, we like to go biking or boating/wakeboarding on Folsom Lake.

If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?

Steven Tyler. I have always liked his music with Aerosmith, and he appears to be an interesting person.

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

Local events are limited, but I really enjoy going to the “Friday Night Concerts in the Park” in El Dorado Hills.

And finally, customer service is…?

Key! You must go beyond your customers’ expectations.
