Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

Casa Bella Life is the premier high-end, members-only lifestyle management company specializing in balancing the corporate and personal lives of high profile executives, politicians, local celebrities, professional athletes, doctors and prominent families, exclusively in Placer County, the San Francisco Bay Area, Monterey, Carmel and Pebble Beach. After collaborating with high-profile individuals for over 10 years, I decided to branch out independently and launch Casa Bella Life after seeing the need to solve life’s logistics for many busy professionals. You could say I found it; I discovered my passion and drive and created a niche for what I enjoy doing.

What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from the experience?

I held several small jobs throughout college, but my first real job out of college was for a large insurance company in Sacramento, which will remain nameless. From that experience, I learned right away the importance of finding your true passion and calling in life, and to map your life out according to that goal; otherwise, you might be stuck doing something you dread in a job that’s less than stellar. It’s difficult to do that straight out of college, and it may take years of weeding through life to discover yourself, but there comes a time when you will be at a crossroad and you can choose to remain as is, or to step out and take a risk.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Mikuni Sushi – is there any better sushi on the planet?

And finally, customer service is…?

Dramatic increases in the availability of information have exponentially expanded people’s options. At Casa Bella Life, we believe in creating the most unique customized blend of personalized, first-class service to help clients attain the lifestyle they wish to lead. Excellence in customer service is about creating loyalty. Knowing the difference between satisfaction and loyalty is the first step in developing customer-focused excellence within a company.
